1st time at The Brunch Box and my employer brought them into our regular food truck cycle. The trailer looked state of the art, and very clean. The two Food Truck Vendors inside the Truck were awesome. Food was fast and they even provided a pager with a 1000 yard reach to get me out of the rain. The menu was huge.  A lot of items for a truck. I chose a Brunch Brat with Cheese Potatoes. The potatoes were amazing and full of big flavor. The brat was under cooked and the toppings were perfect. I also got the Lent Cod Plate and the 3 fish fillets tasted like overcooked Gorton's Crunchy Breaded Fish from any grocery store. The fries had great seasoning.
